Starkz AI provides a browser-based motion analysis and preview experience together with related product pages, exports, and waitlist forms. We may update, limit, or suspend parts of the service as the product evolves.

You are responsible for using the site lawfully and for the accuracy of the information you submit.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with other users, attempt to bypass security, upload harmful material, or use Starkz AI to support unlawful or abusive activity.

Starkz AI, its branding, site content, interface design, software, and related materials are owned by Starkz AI or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant Starkz AI the limited rights needed to process submissions, operate the site, and respond to product inquiries.

The browser workstation is provided on an as-available basis for demo, analysis, preview, and export preparation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every workflow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starkz AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this site.
